About the Website and Shop
This website introduces The Pink Ink Apothecary, its Creative Worlds, printable collections, and the PinkInk Post. Purchases are completed through Etsy. Etsy’s terms and the information provided in the applicable Etsy listing also apply to purchases made there.
Digital Products and Delivery
All products are digital downloads unless an Etsy listing expressly states otherwise. No physical item will be shipped. Files are delivered through Etsy or, for larger products, through a Download Your Files PDF containing a link and download instructions. Customers are responsible for using compatible devices, software, and internet access.
License and Permitted Use
Purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included files. Files may be used for personal projects and for limited commercial use in handmade physical items, subject to any additional limits stated in the applicable Etsy listing. Copyright and ownership are not transferred with purchase.
Prohibited Uses
Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for another person, uploaded for others to access, or used to create competing digital products. Files and artwork may not be claimed as your own, sublicensed, or transferred to another person. Any use outside the license described above requires prior written permission from The Pink Ink Apothecary.
Intellectual Property
The website, Creative Worlds, collection names, artwork, digital files, written content, logos, and other original materials are owned by The Pink Ink Apothecary or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied or used except as expressly allowed by these Terms or an applicable product license.
Printing and Color Variations
Results may vary depending on monitor settings, printer settings, ink, paper, software, and equipment. Colors shown on screen may differ slightly from printed colors. Customers are encouraged to print at 100% (Actual Size), use high-quality matte cardstock or presentation paper, and make a test print before printing a full collection.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Because products are digital, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact The Pink Ink Apothecary through Etsy Messages for help.
Acceptable Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse forms, or use website content in a way that infringes the rights of The Pink Ink Apothecary or another person.
