Is this a physical product?
No. Every product from The Pink Ink Apothecary is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped to you. Each Etsy listing explains exactly which files and formats are included.
How do I receive my files?
Your files will be available through Etsy after purchase. If a product is too large for direct Etsy delivery, you will receive a Download Your Files PDF containing a link to the complete ZIP file and brief download instructions.
How should I print my files?
For the best results, print at 100% (Actual Size) on high-quality matte cardstock or presentation paper. Colors may vary slightly between monitors and printers, so a test print is recommended before printing the full collection.
Can I use the designs in items I sell?
Yes. The files may be used for personal projects and limited commercial use in handmade physical items. The digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used to create competing digital products. Purchasing a product grants a license to use the files; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Because these are digital products, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once a purchase has been completed. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact The Pink Ink Apothecary for help.
